About the Apartment
The luxury apartment at Sirena Lighthouse Complex is situated in Kato Paphos, 50m from the Tomb of the Kings Road in a quiet area. with sea views, in an ideal location.
The Lighthouse Beach is 250m down the road, and is a Blue Flag Beach, and can be seen from the patio.
The gated complex has car parking spaces and boasts a shared swimming pool with areas for sunbathing - sunbeds are provided; the surrounding areas are landscaped.
The apartment was completed in June, 2008, and is now available for rent. It is situated on the ground floor and comes with luxury fitments in all the rooms. All windows are double glazed with tinted glass, and are fitted with fly screens which is advantageous in the summer months.
The sliding doors in the lounge area open on to a tiled, gated patio (making it secure for small children). The patio area faces south and has a table and 4 chairs, plus a two seater chair and two childrens' chairs. Through the gate, access is to the shared pool with shower which is directly in front of the apartment.
At the rear of the apartment there is a small gated area for drying washing, and easy access can be gained to the apartment from this side.
You can see how close the apartment is to the sea - you can walk on the walkway, across the headland to Paphos Harbour, which takes approximately 25 minutes, or to walk by the road takes 15 minutes
