Accommodation

  The apartment sleeps six and is ideal for families or couples. 

It consists of an open plan lounge,dining area and kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite, twin bedded room and family bathroom

   The kitchen has granite worktops, white base and wall units, fridge freezer, full size electric oven and hob, stainless steel sink, microwave,

  washing machine, ironing board and iron are also provided. Included are kettle, toaster, numerous pots and pans, glasses, utensils,

  childrens' plastic utensils.

   The dining area has an oak table and chairs to seat 6. 

    The lounge area has two three seater burgandy leather sofas, one of which is a sofa bed to sleep two, oak nest of tables, a flat screen LCD

  TV (satellite freestat installed) and a DVD player, which also plays CDs.

  Air conditioning is fitted in the lounge area and both bedrooms..

  Ceiling fans are fitted in both the dining area, the lounge area and both bedrooms.

   Heating is available in the cooler months with oil-filled radiators in the three main rooms.

   The main bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a built-in vanity unit with lighting and stool, bedside tables, lamps, a radio alarm clock

  with ipod docking/charger, full length mirror and a hairdryer. A safe is also provided for your peace of mind.

  The en-suite bathroom is tiled and has a top quality shower and shower cabinet, toilet and fitted vanity unit and mirror.

    The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, built-in vanity unit with light and stool, a bedside table with lamp, radio alarm with ipod

  docking/charger and full length mirror.

    The main bathroom is tiled - the bath has a top quality shower, with a luxury glass screen, toilet, fitted vanity unit and mirror.

  A high chair, cot and buggy are available for a small fee - please contact us for details. 

  All bed linen and towels are provided, including beach towels - there is a weekly linen change for 2 week stays.

  Short and long term rental can be arranged.

  This is a non-smoking property and no pets are allowed.

  For the larger families and friends, we can provide details of our families' adjoining property and they can be booked together. This also sleeps 6.
