The island of Cyprus has long been established as a sophisticated holiday destination - a landscape of citrus and olive groves, pine forests, mountains and some of Europe's cleanest beaches. Driving is easy in Cyprus as they drive on the left, and the electrical sockets are 3 pin. Most Cypriots in the larger towns speak excellent English, and there is very little crime on the island.
