Change over dates are flexible .

Arrival time 16.00 hours, departure time 11.00 hours (may be able to relax this
slightly dependant on next arrivals)

Please do not book your flight until you have received confirmation that the dates you require are free.

To secure your dates, please use the form in the 'Contact Us' drop down menu.

We will provisionally reserve your booking whilst you arrange suitable flights, if we do not receive confirmation from you after 48 hours, the dates will become available again for other clients.

Upon confirmation from you of your dates, we will email you a booking form with our terms and conditions, which needs to be sent back to us with a signature.

We ask for a deposit to the value of 25% of the total cost of the booking to secure your reservation.
If you need to cancel the booking, the deposit will not be refunded unless we can secure another booking for the same dates.

The payment of the balance will become due 8 weeks before travel.
We can accept payments by bank transfer in GBP or Euros.

A refundable security deposit of £150.00 is required with final balance payment.

Once the payment has cleared, we will send you an email with confirmation of your booking.
